Dem drops US Senate bid, leaving independent candidate as lone challenger to incumbent GOP Sen Mike Rounds

Democratic Senate candidate Julian Beaudion dropped out of the South Dakota race, leaving only GOP Sen. Mike Rounds and independent challenger Brian Bengs in the contest.
