Healey signs immigration bill restricting ICE arrests in schools, hospitals, courts

Gov. Maura Healey signed a sweeping immigration reform bill into law on Wednesday, saying it provided “the strongest protections in the nation” against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activity in Massachusetts.
